今回の英語例会は栄の会場が使えるようになったので、久しぶりにオンラインとオンサイトのハイブリッドで開催しました。
会場準備も整い、インドネシアから参加のR.Dさんと大阪から参加のTM K.Mの２名のゲストを迎えての例会開始となりました。
本日の司会 TMOEのTM H.N がスムーズに役割の紹介を行い、ジョークマスターTM T.N は自身もダイエット中であることに絡め、ダイエットのアメリカンジョークで会場を温めてくれました。
最初の準備スピーカーTM Y.S は自身にかかわった３人の歴代メンターから受けたベネフィットについて語り、メンターとプロトジェ（メンティー、弟子）の関連性を上手にストーリーに仕立て上げました。
２番目のスピーカーTM S.K は前月の英語例会にて催したTT Festivalプロジェクトの経緯と結果を報告しました。
最後のスピーカーTM H.K は学生の英語試験の面接場面を背景に、目は口程に物を言うというメッセージをドラマチックに伝え、ベストスピーカーを獲得しました。
本日のトピックスマスターTM H.K が提供したテーマは「Local ～」（地元の～）でした。
TM K.U は変わった Local shop として、ネパールインディアンカレーショップを挙げました。
インドネシア出身のゲスト、R.Dさんは Local food として郷土のいろいろミックスされた料理（多分、ガドガド？）の話を楽しくされました。
大阪から参加して頂きましたTM K.W さんも Local traditional food として、客に厳しいラーメン店のお話を楽しく披露され、ベストスピーカーに選ばれました。
TM T.N はユニークな Local hobby について問われ、お父様の好んだ落語愛を語りました。
論評セッションではTM T.N、TM H.K、TM K.W 共に良かった点、改善点をほどよく届け、スピーチの構成をレストランのフルコースに例えた秀逸の論評を披露されたTM K.W がベスト論評に選ばれました。
あーカウンターは今回ほとんど出番はなく、今夜の言葉「boaderless」もたくさん使われていました。
総合論評のTM K.Uはメンバー間のサポートを良かった点として挙げ、ハイブリッドミーティングでの Web Master の必要性と、拍手や笑い声など音声の必要性を挙げました。
そして参加者間でたくさんのブーケとタフラブを交換し合い、例会を楽しく過ごすことができました。

This English meeting was held as a hybrid of online and onsite, since the venue in Sakae became available after a long time.
The venue was ready and we welcomed two guests, Ms.R.D from Indonesia and TM K.M from Osaka, and started the meeting.
Today's host, TM H.N of TMOE, smoothly introduced the roles of the participants, and joke master TM T.N warmed up the audience with American jokes about dieting, relating to the fact that he is
on a diet by himself.
The first prepared speaker, TM Y.S, talked about the benefits she has received from the three mentors , and skillfully created a story about the relationship between mentors and protégés.
The second speaker, TM S.K, reported on the process and results of the TT Festival project held at the previous month's English meeting.
The last speaker, TM H.K, won the Best Speaker award by dramatically conveying the message that eyes speak louder than words, using a student's English exam interview as a backdrop.
Today's topics master TM H.K. provided the theme of "Local".
TM K.U mentioned a Nepalese Indian curry store as an unusual local shop.
Ms.R.D, a guest from Indonesia, enjoyed talking about local food, which is a mixture of local dishes (maybe gado-gado?).
TM K.W from Osaka was selected as the best speaker for her presentation on local traditional food, telling the story of a noodle shop run by an owner who is strict with his customers.
TM T.N was asked about his unique local hobby, and he talked about his love of Rakugo that his father loved.
In evaluation session, TM T.N, TM H.K, and TM K.W all delivered good points and improvements, and TM K.W was selected as the best evaluator for her excellent evaluation that illustrated the
structure of a speech as a full course in a restaurant.
Ah-counters had very little to do this time, and the word of the night "boaderless" was used a lot.
General evaluator TM K.U cited the support between members as a good thing, the need for a Web Master in hybrid meetings, and the need for audio, such as applause and laughter.
Then we exchanged a lot of bouquets and tough love among the participants and had a great time at the meeting.
